Livid dagger is much easier to use cuz you alr get good attack speed and 100% crit chance, shadow fury requires you to be actually good, just so you can get decent aspd with your accessories, but the damage difference can be pretty massive.tiger is better with high attack speed bc it procs more often. Wither skele is better for weapons with high damage per hit bc it takes a portion of the damage you deal so high damage per hit is better for it. Basically tiger is better in this case. the high hits per second lets the tigers ability activate more often.
