Got a letter from Comcast offering FREE upgraded equipment. Installed it and have had 3 service calls- frozen screens, RDK 10000 issues with 2 table boxes since. Been through the drill with techs and still happening. Last time I was told if it happens again we’ll send a service rep out to you, no charge.
