The CZ P-07 won me over in the end with it's excellent DA/SA trigger system and reasonable price. Ergonomics and aesthetics were more-or-less a wash for me, between the four. I'd get a P10C if you want to stick with CZ. I had a P07 and itched for customizing too and unfortunately sold it. Got a G19 and modded it like crazy, which ultimately led me to want to get rid of it. I sold the G19 and got a P10C and LOVE it! I put an HBI Theta trigger on it and absolutely love the way it shoots.
