The last (probably) of the Shimosa servants, Munenori is an excellent 4* Saber about on par with Saber Lancelot. He trades a little damage output and consistency for some nice defensive utility, and he does very well all around. Stats: ATK: 9999. HP: 11135. Attribute: Man. Growth Curve: Linear. He has the highest attack of any Lancer, paired with good star-gen and good NP gain. He also has a high level of Riding, which boosts his two Quick cards. In a better kit it could be very good. A 3-turn 30% buff on a 5-turn CD is standard, and this one scales up to 70% at max on turn 3. It is, in a sense, a 50% 3-turn buff on average, which should be strong. Unfortunately, it doesn’t work well with Nobu’s kit.It may not be obvious at first glance just how ludicrously good Chen Gong’s NP is. It’s a variant on Arash’s NP in that it deals AoE damage with an ST multiplier and then kills a unit—though in Chen’s case it’s not himself but rather the ally in the first party slot (or the third, if Chen occupies the first himself) who dies.

AoE NP aside, Hokusai is a pretty excellent servant, pairing an extremely good skillset with solid base stats and a strong class. And on top of all that, her art’s gorgeous.
