My mother owns a unit that she was renting to a single mother with a 6 month old baby. The real estate constantly bugged her to raise the rent or even sell the place because the market was good at the time. The amount of people saying the uncle is swindling her is ridiculous. Looks like they've never had to sell a house. Giving a 2.4mil offer on a 2.5mil is common. It's only 4% less than the valued price.
