I think aamc was more representative for sociology but for experimental questions uworld is really good. I would really use uworld to full extent and is not easier or harder than aamc in my opinion. And for CARS, i think it may be the best resource I have used. The question types are VERY similar, and the difficulty is definetly on par with or harder than AAMC. The only knock i have on Uworld is that they need to add more questions and passages, but that is probably due to them being new to the MCAT game.If you have to choose between UWorld and the AAMC QPs then you should absolutely do UWorld (except for with CARS).
