The hallways are cold in the winter and hot in the summer, the girl with the black hair in the office is rude and clueless, there is no deadbolt on my door and if I lock myself out I can easily get the door open with a card. This is Cohoes, everyone should have a deadbolt in this building.Staff is super helpful and friendly and the maintenance staff is always cleaning the building. I had a lightbulb out and they fixed it right away too. Oh, and I almost forgot the parking! They have indoor garages that's included in your rent and is super convenient.
