Unless you are UIM or HC, wildy altar is the best by far. Burning amulet and then killing yourself on the wine is super quick, and you might lose a few bones to PKers but the exp per bone is just insanely high. Teleport to Al-kharid(The bank chest is super close) teleport back to house and repeat. Farming cape: quick tp to spirit tree to poh and a bank ----> ghorrock tp to north of chaos altar from poh. Crystal shield: good defensive bonuses can be substituted for best defensive item. Staff of the dead: special attack half's melee damage, cast it whenever because you can replenish your spec at poh.
