Sandbox settings I put population on 0.47, with peak day on day 1 and no respawn. With this settings, rural areas are mostly clean, most people evacuated on the previous days. Urban areas and the highways going to Louisville have a big quantity of zeds, enough to scare you away but not impossible to clear.

No transmission option. So in a mp server we set the zombies to no transmission for infection, we got tired of lag killing folks tbh. The infected status has nothing to do with zombification--it just means the wound got infected (bacterial and whatnot). The only hint of zombification is through moodies, but its a bit of a mixed signal too. Its unfortunate that your run ended as such. You can do so by editing the server settings in the main menu click host>manage server settings> pick preset you use> manage settings. You also can in game type in to the chat box this: /setaccesslevel “yourusername” admin. That should set you to admin and you should be able to adjust those settings live.If a player is in a cell, zombies will never respawn.
