The AKKO team responded to my claim on the same day I submitted it and were incredibly helpful! They walked me through the entire process with a lot of helpful details, and sent the reimbursement less than 8 hours after I had sent my receipt. I only had to pay $75 for a $350 phone repair. AKKO would not work with my local repair shop despite them having a Google presence, Facebook presence and a Website with multiple 5 stat reviews. They wanted me to send my phone off to Samsung or drive an hour away to get my phone repaired by uBreakiFix.
