This is my first mod on any game so it's definitely amatuer, I used FO4Edit and copied the aim model from the base game, then changed all the values for "Cone of Fire - Min Angle" and "Cone of Fire - Max Angle" to 0 on all weapons. If you wanna modify it further, it's pretty easy: just download FO4Edit, load up my plugin, and edit those values.I can attempt to fix any additional issues, but I am an amateur and make no promises.
