Very stressful financially when your pay may vary several hundred dollars from month to month. Patients complain non-stop regarding poor communication; never can get ahold of someone on the phone or get a call back.LifeStance is a large organization, and like most large organizations, your experience is typically quite dependent on your team. LifeStance grew extremely fast and has a lot of growing pains, but new leadership has clearly made a lot of investment in changing the direction to slower, more sustainable, and thoughtful growth.
