Justfly.com is an absolute scam. British Airways also contribute to this scam by having biased policies towards those who book through these travel agents. Kayak.com and justfly.com. Kayak quotes a fare for a pice using justfly.com and when you go to the site the fare goes up by about $150. You can get the originally quoted fare w/o the $150 up charge by going directly to the airline's own website. My opinion is that is nothing but a scam and should be illegal.You contracted Justfly to book your tickets. That isn't free. You also contracted them to process a refund for you with the airline. That isn't free. They are charging you $200/ticket (from the link above) for that service. What the airline agrees to give you doesn't matter. You didn't book with the airline.
