It seems like when installing the battle.net client. The first it tries to do, is contact the same servers to download agent.exe. The same application used to patch games. Im experiencing the same issue on my newly installed Windows 10 pc. With no previous battle.net client installed. My evidence from the Agent.exe logs in Programdata:The message regarding the Blizzard Agent going to sleep is not actually an indication of a local issue with the service / client, the message is produced when there is issues communicating with the Battle.net servers.
