It is chambered in 9 × 19mm with a barrel length of 9.25″ and accepts 30 and 10 round Kalashnikov USA™ magazines. It has a hinged top cover with a Picatinny rail and specially designed feed ramps to accommodate jacketed hollow point bullets. The KP9 is one of my favorite SBRs. In theory, you just knock out the pin and remove the hinged part and install the triangle stock or brace sold by K-USA. They have a YouTube video showing how easy it is. In practice, I couldn't get my pin out and had to apply kroil, heat and a lot of force.
