When I make slow sharp/tight (like into a parking spot) I get a clicking noise as well as a binding/shutter of the car.Cogen Man. My guess with the right turning its a CV joint. Check the inner and outer CV boots on both front left and right sides. Look for a lot of grease around the rubber boot areas.
