We used to have a 920 and went to a 411. It is a nice machine and does a good job in both grass and alfalfa. However, if you get into short hay or laid over first cutting, the Deere did a far better job. Several others have told us the same thing. You cannot run as fast and do as good of a job also. I have the skid shoes in the middle set of holes and the top turnbuckle adjusted to give the cutting height I want about 3 inches.
