Att active armor not working.

It's been over 6 months and ATT still hasn't fixed my issue. I recently bought a new phone a Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5 and active armor won't work on it either. I was told the issue was because my phone number was ported from a different carrier. I get that but my calls are getting blocked by ATT and I have no way to access the block list.After all of that and nothing working, the tech went to place a ticket in the system. Unfortunately the system did not let him enter a ticket saying ATT is aware of the issue and working on it? No timeframe for repair given.
