High Ping + Packet Loss between 8pm-11pm EST. I've had ATT fiber 1000 for about 3 years now and never had an issue until now. I recently moved into a new house (new build) which was serviced by ATT fiber so my service was moved over without any hiccups. Until I attempted to use it in the evening hours.

Feb 2, 2022 · Packet loss after a certain time every day. My internet connection becomes super spotty from about 5pm on every day. I end up with quite a bit of packet loss according to PingPlotter. This has been this way since I got my internet installed. It makes it really difficult to do online gaming. In my searching for answers to these issues, I'm finding the culprit is packet loss. The IT person confirmed that my issue is due to high latency and packet loss. I wish the software I have to use for this wasn't so sensitive to packet loss as, outside of this specific use of my internet connection, I rarely see any issues.
